Does The McQuaig System recognize any temperament (behavioral) differences between males and females, different races, etc.?

Not at all. In fact, our research shows that sex, race, age, etc., have absolutely no influence on the results. One of the bonuses of using The System is that it can help us to recognize and discard our own personal biases by forcing us to consider everyone equally.

How does it work when an individual is asked to do an assessment on-line?

Individuals are emailed their own, personal ID's and Passwords with a link to our McQuaig On-Line®. When they submit their responses, their reports are emailed directly to you within minutes.
